Digital Products & Returns
As this is a downloadable digital script and not a physical good, there is nothing to physically return. Once the file has been delivered, the purchase is considered fulfilled.
When You're Eligible for a Refund
- You were charged but never received the download email, and our support team could not resolve delivery within a reasonable time.
- The file is genuinely corrupted, incomplete, or fails to run as described, and our support team is unable to fix or replace it.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Change of mind after successfully downloading the file.
- Incompatibility with a Photoshop version outside the stated system requirements (Photoshop 2022 and above).
- Difficulty installing or using the script where support was not first contacted for help.
Our approach: if something is genuinely broken on our end, we'll fix it or refund you — no argument. We just ask that you give our support team a chance to help first.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@lumiqpictures.com with your Order ID within 7 days of purchase, describing the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
